Carberry
Catering
Most of our first customers are still with us today.
Our journey began in 2005 when we converted our spare bedroom in our apartment on Belfast’s Lisburn Road into a catering kitchen. Back then Carberry Catering was a Belfast catering start-up called ‘Lettuce Deliver’ and delivered sandwiches to offices in the local area.
On our very first day of trading, we sat eagerly by the phone, beside the thirty three loaves that we had ordered awaiting the deluge of phone calls we were expecting. We eventually received one phone call ordering a prawn marie-rose sandwich to the local dentist.
Suffice to say, we have come a long way from this. Within a month we had thirty businesses on our books and by month four we had over fifty.
Delivering fine catering for every occasion.

Cafe
Carberry
By 2006 we had outgrown the ‘spare bedroom’ and started looking for premises in the City Centre. In February 2007, we opened up Cafe Carberry on Victoria Street Belfast which seats 70 people.
The cafes design was inspired by upmarket cafes dotted in and around Manhattan and London from our food research missions. It is now a well established go –to cafe for coffee aficionados and foodies alike. It is a blissful place to unwind with a great look and a creative vibe. Great Blues, Jazz and Indie tunes add to the ambience.
